Regy is building Use Terrace, an AI tool that generates home inspection reports for homebuyers and helps them estimate the price of repairs. In the two months of Regy’s residency, Use Terrace already has customers, revenue, and a functional product suite.

The product successfully saves customers thousands of dollars in home repairs and is starting to build out an AI powered marketplace to connect homebuyers to contractors that can quickly bid on and carry out these repairs, and has empowered these homebuyers negotiate their closing price using market data they wouldn’t have been able to access otherwise.
